Our Work
Our work helps conserve nature and benefit people where commodities are produced, linking local actions with global sustainability targets.
Our Strategy 2024-2026
Our three-year strategy has been developed within the framework of our 2030 Roadmap. We have six strategic objectives, each of which has detailed annual milestones.
Expand
Achieve or enhance the adoption of the HCV approach within at least 4 priority initiatives by improving visibility and advocacy efforts and working collectively to expand and mainstream the approach.
Evolve
Develop version 2.0 of the HCV approach to better address sustainability needs in diverse commodities, geographies and scenarios by building on collective experience and developing and updating credible adaptive pathways and tools.
Impact
Collectively demonstrate that the consistent application of the HCV approach leads to a measurable positive impact for each HCV category by developing and implementing a dynamic and credible common impact framework informed by field-level experience.
Collaborate
Work together to co-design and co-deliver at least 5 HCV-related initiatives that reflect network shared knowledge and participatory leadership on HCV protection.
Deliver
Improve the Secretariat's capacity to fulfil its functions and drive delivery of the strategy by improving ways of working and evolving the Secretariat’s employee value proposition.
Secure
Diversify and increase our income by 20% year-on-year by better leveraging the network, improving our communications, and deploying a robust medium- and long-term fundraising strategy.
