2017 Management Committee meeting

In June 2017, the Management Committee met to discuss next strategy for the next years.

On June 14th and 15th, 2017, the 2017–2020 Management Committee (MC) met in person

The 2017-2020 MC is composed of:WRI (Representative: Rod Taylor),Forest Peoples Programme (Representative: Marcus Colchester),WWF International (Representative: Matthias Diemer), Mondi (Representative: Denis Popov),Olam (Representative: Christopher Stewart),Golden Agri Resources (Representative: Agus Purnomo),Forest Stewardship Council (Representative: Pasi Miettinen),RSPO (Representative: Salahudin Yaacob) & the Proforest Initiative (Representative: Ruth Nussbaum).In June 2017, the new MC met in Oxford to discuss strategic priorities for the next three years, improvements to the HCV Assessor Licensing Scheme, HCVRN's ongoing collaboration with the High Carbon Stock Approach (HCSA) and strengthening Secretariat capacity and planning for growth. The Co-Chairs opened the meeting with a message in memory of David Hoyle and thanked Proforest for hosting the meeting during such a difficult time.
