Completing and passing an HCV Assessor Training Course imparted by an ALS-registered Training Organisation is mandatory for all applicants. HCV Assessor Training Courses aim to ensure that applicants understand ALS rules and assessment best practices before applying for a licence.
Who can provide training?
HCV Assessor Training Courses can only be imparted by organisations registered with the ALS and must follow the HCV Assessor Training Course syllabus. Integrated HCV-HCSA Assessor Training Courses can be imparted by below-listed organisations that are also registered as a Training Provider with the High Carbon Stock Approach. The HCV Resource Network Secretariat does not take responsibility for the final structure and contents of the courses offered by training organisations. We encourage trainees to provide constructive feedback to training providers so that they can improve their training courses.

Would like to know is there any upcoming training course for HCV ALS Lead Assessor Online Training?
Hi! Many thanks for your message. To date, there aren’t any upcoming lead ALS assessors training courses. There is an online HCV-HCSA course for producers in December. That information can be found in the training calendar.
